Sheryl Dove is the CEO of SCD Next Chapter LLC, partnering with executives, leaders, organizations, and government agencies to drive transformational change and sustainable growth. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across the nonprofit, education, government, and private sectors and over two decades of designing, implementing, and leading innovative workforce development programs—Sheryl helps clients build organizational capacity, strengthen culture, develop high-performing teams, and improve performance through values-centered leadership and practical, results-driven systems.Sheryl draws on training from Howard University (B.S. in Electrical Engineering), Georgetown University's Executive Leadership Coaching Program, Prosci Change Management, and Accenture's Change Management and Coaching programs.
